What is this?
SICs are surprise art pieces, without WIPs and with complete artistic freedom, made from a song and more 3 to 10 keywords provided by the client (it can be anything: a feeling, an object, a situation, weather etc. Example: love, angry, flower, loneliness, bedroom, snow).
From these words I will select some to work with the context of the art. But I'm the one who will choose to use them all or not.- Fully rendered set: 1 character + background
- SFW or NSFW (let me know in advance)
- It can be a Vent Art. I'm okay adding blood, but I don't work with self-multilation and hard gore.IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

You send me a ref sheet of your character and a small description of their personality so that I don't draw something completely unsuitable for them. Then after a while you just get finished piece.- Full set: 1 character + abstract/simple background

• Extreme fetishes

• Nazi, racist, offensive or political related stuff
• Copyrighted characters/designs from series, games, movies etc *.*Eventually I can draw some fanarts of copyrighted characters for my gallery, but not commissions.
ㅤThe artㅤ
• By commissioning me, you agree and affirm that you are 18 or older.• My OCs are my property and the adoptables/characters on the commissioned artworks belong to their respective owners.• The commissioner is responsible for the characters and the context portrayed in the art, even in the case of artistic liberty. As the artist, I only draw what is asked or what is permitted by the commissioner• When commissioning me you agree and consent with my art style and method. My full rendered art style has SHADING and LIGHTING that may result in some change on the colors of your character.• Discarded sketches and ideas can be used for whatever I want in the future.• Feel free to post the artwork in every platform you want, as long as you keep my signature on and give me the proper credits for it.• Nobody, not even the commissioner, is allowed to edit any of my pieces.• Nobody, not even the commissioner is allowed, under any circumstances, to use any part of my artwork (commissions or personal art) for non fungible tokens (NFT) or use them on AI generators.• You CAN NOT make profit out of my work or claim the artwork as yours. If you want to use my work commercially, we have to negotiate it BEFORE I start the commission.
ㅤAs the Artistㅤ
• I retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork even if the character portraited is not mine. By commissioning me you agree that I’m allowed to use the art as example of my work in my galleries (unless stated otherwise beforehand). I retain the right to distribute, reproduce and copy as I see fit for sales or self-promotion.• I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason without further explanation.• I reserve the right to select which picture I will or won't use on my galleries. If you don't want me to post your commission online, you have yo pay a privacy fee.
ㅤPricingㅤ
• I can change my prices whenever I feel it's necessary. Always check my Price Chart before commissioning me.• The body crop of the characaters on the art won’t change the prices in full body commissions.• Overly-complex characters (Some wings, overly-complicated fur patterns, multiple limbs, etc) might be charged extra.• Background prices are negotiable, but I am willing to add small elements for free, ask me if you’re in doubt.
ㅤPrivacy Feeㅤ
• If you don’t want me to post your commissioned art on my online galleries, you may pay +60% of the full amount for it.• Even if you pay the Privacy Fee, I still retain full rights to the artwork, I just won't upload it to my galleries/socials.
ㅤPaymentㅤ
• All prices are in USD.• I only accept payments via Paypal Invoice.
It will be only requested when I get to your slot. You don’t need to pay anything to reserve a slot and wait on my queue.• We can negotiate payment plans, but I'll only start your art when everything is paid.
ㅤRefund Policyㅤ
• No refunds after commission is done. Full refunds can only be possible if I haven’t started your commission yet or if I cancel the commission for some reason.• I reserve the right to cancel any request that makes me uncomfortable at any time during a art process.
In this case, the commissioner may make a new request at this point and will not be charged for work already done on the previous. If the commissioner does not desire a new request they will be issued a full refund.
ㅤWorkflowㅤ
• Give me a detailed description of what you want drawn.• After you approve the sketch, you may ask only for minor changes.
Any edits in the structure beyond the sketch phase will be charged per item that must be edited.
Price of changes will be discussed with the commissioner at the moment the changes are brought up.• Turnaround time is usually 2 – 6 weeks after the payment. Sometimes life happens and I need more time, but I'll always notify you if the deadline changes.• You need to tell me if there’s a deadline before I start the arwork, but I’ll most likely decline your commission or charge a rush fee if the deadline is shorter than 2 weeks.
